Remembering the Basics
We all get wrapped up in our daily lives of things to do, places to go, people to see, or websites to surf. We easily forget that some the simple things in life that would assist our health and balance greatly! Let’s look at a few today and be mindful of them in our lives.
Everyday Vibrational Influences
We can maintain or improve our current health by keeping the vibration of our body high. We can do this by surrounding ourselves with higher vibrational energies and being high vibrational ourselves.
Healing – A Reminder, Guidance or a Lesson
In pealing the many layers of me, I discovered yet another emotion and set out to process and heal this one as I have so many others over the past many years on this journey. Turns out, as I shined a light and began the process, I realized that this one, was just the surface of a much deeper lesson from my past. I had allowed someone, who claimed to love me, to constantly belittle me, tell me I wasn’t good enough, criticize every action I made, call me names and well, you get the idea. I never talked or fought back because of a list of reasons including, I never liked conflict.
Healing the Physical Body Through the Emotional Body
How often do scenarios play out in our daily lives that spark emotional responses from us? That upon reflection, make us question why we responded the way we did. These reactions may be from events that occurred in this lifetime; however, they can also be from another timeline or lifetime our soul experienced- one that we are not even aware of.

Stop the Busy, Busy Mind
I constantly hear from clients and friends; ‘I struggle to clear my mind’ or ‘I can’t meditate’. This mirrors what my own guides tell me and also reflects in the messages I’ve been receiving, repeatedly, lately; ‘Stop Over Thinking, Dianne’.
Vision Quest
My guides led me to plan a trip 'west' and I was told this was a vision quest. Although, my understanding of a vision quest, previously, was going into nature alone for days to connect with The Great Spirit and Nature itself, to receive guidance on one's soul journey; my guides reminded me to not put limits on the definition.

More and more studies are reporting the benefits of spending time in nature: improved hormonal and emotional balance which can reduce depression and improve our mood, reduced stress levels and muscle tension, improved blood pressure and immunity, and the list goes on.
